On July 26th 2019, Our Aviation Academy, Pangea Aviation Academy proudly announced a scholarship opportunity for one lucky individual to obtain their Private Pilot Licence (PPL) from our Kajjansi-based training facility.
Pangea Aviation Academy (previously known as The Kajjansi Flying School) has trained over 230 pilots over the last 22 years.
The move was made in an effort to support the growth of the Ugandan aviation industry, which under the vision of His Excellency is positioned to grow at an exponential rate in the coming years. Providing highly skilled and very well paid jobs for the youth of Uganda who will venture into the aviation industry. With the revival of the National Airline, Uganda Airlines and a rising need for pilots globally, the future looks promising and the time is right to kick-start an aviation career.
Pangea Aviation Academy has trained
over 230 pilots over the last 22 years.
The scholarship application was open to the public and the application period closed on the 31st August. The winner will be announced by December 2019.
Pangea Aviation Academy is soon growing to be able to train IATA-certified professionals through-out the aviation disciplines.
The vision is to grow into Africa’s Premier Aviation Academy.
